Being a stay-at-home mother of two teen-agers, I'm also an example of that saying
"Necessity is the Mother of Invention."
When my son was small he hated wearing a belt with a buckle,
but couldn't keep his pants up without one!
When the pants length was right, the waist was too big.
A belt buckle only aggravated the issue, and the excess length
sticking out after the belt was tightened was a nuisance.
So I devised a buckle-less belt that solved
the problem and was comfortable for him, as well.
That was eight years ago, and although there
have been some modifications along the way,
that's how Loop-2-Loop ™ belts came to be.
